To update your credit card information for a recurring payment plan like Inner Circle, or if you had a failed payment, you can submit a support ticket. In the message, make sure you leave your phone number so we can call you back to update your new information.
To Update Your Credit Card:
1. Click on the "Support Icon" in the bottom-right corner.
2. Click on "New Conversation."
3. Type your message and let us know you need to update your credit card information. To speed up the process, make sure you leave your phone number for us to contact you.
